    In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Let rest 15 minutes in refrigerator.

    Arrange grilled wings on a plate, add fried plantains alongside. Garnish with lettuce, grated carrots, tomato slices and red onions. Serve salsa separately.
