Arrange grilled wings on a plate, add fried plantains alongside. Garnish with lettuce, grated carrots, tomato slices and red onions. Serve salsa separately.

- Add a pinch of sugar to the salsa to balance the acidity of tomatoes and enhance flavors.
- For a healthier version, bake plantains in oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
- Serve this dish hot accompanied by fresh lemonade or local beer for an authentic Peruvian experience.
