Cut the steak into strips and marinate with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for 10-15 minutes.

Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. Drain while reserving some cooking water.

In a very hot pan, sear the steak for 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
