Prepare meatballs: Finely grate the onion and chop the garlic. In a bowl, mix the meat, egg, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and parsley. Salt and pepper. Form meatballs by inserting a cheese cube in the center of each, making sure to close the meat well around it.
