    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some cooking water, and set aside.

    Cut the steak into thin strips. In a large hot skillet or wok, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sizzle the steak strips over high heat for 1-2 minutes to brown while keeping them rare. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with soy sauce, paprika and balsamic vinegar. Set aside the meat with its juices.

    In the same pan, add a drizzle of oil if needed. Sauté the sliced onion and pepper strips for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized. Add the chopped garlic and stir for 1 minute to flavor.

    Return the steak and its juices to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked pasta and mix everything over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes to coat well. If needed, add a little pasta cooking water to bind the sauce.
