Unroll the cold puff pastry. Smooth it gently.

Spread the tapenade evenly, leaving a 1 cm border on one edge.

Roll up tightly into a log. Seal the edge.

Refrigerate for 10 min. Cut into 2-3 cm slices. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat the egg. Brush the top of the rolls.
