Cut the tortillas into two equal halves. Set aside.

In a pan, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until golden.

Season the chicken cubes with spices, a drizzle of oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add the chicken to the pan with the onions and cook until done. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cream at the end of cooking.

On each tortilla half, place grated cheese, then the chicken mixture. Fold into a triangle.

Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet, spread a little cream on top, sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bake at 200°C for 10 min.

- For extra crispiness, brown the triangles in a pan with butter before baking.
