In a bowl, mix the oatmeal flakes with eggs and water. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.

Peel and dice the apples. In a saucepan, cook them with a little water and lemon juice until tender (8-10 minutes). Blend finely to obtain a smooth applesauce.

Incorporate the warm applesauce into the oatmeal-egg mixture. Add honey, previously rinsed and drained raisins, and baking powder. Mix gently until homogeneous.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Let cool before unmolding. When serving, top with Greek yogurt mixed with honey and decorate with dried fruits and almonds.
