Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash, dry and prick the potatoes. Brush with oil, salt and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.

Cut the steak into pieces. In a very hot pan, sear the meat for 3-4 minutes leaving the center pink. Salt and pepper. Set aside.
