    In a bowl, mix the yeast with warm water and sugar. Let it foam for 10 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well, pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

    Knead for 10 minutes until you get a soft and elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

    Degas the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a 20 cm diameter circle.
