Prepare the filling: In a pan, heat oil and sear chicken dice for 4-5 minutes. Add carrot and cabbage, cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and paprika. Off heat, add cheese and herbs. Mix and let cool.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Oil a baking sheet or use parchment paper. Place a brick sheet, put 2-3 spoons of filling at the bottom. Fold sides then roll tightly from bottom to top. Repeat with other sheets.
