Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a bowl, mix the drained ricotta and egg until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate for 10 min. Form 30g balls, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, spacing them 3 cm apart.
