In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, season and sprinkle with curry. Brown then add the cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Off the heat, incorporate the herbs and let cool slightly.

Unroll the pastry and cut into 6 rectangles. Place a spoonful of filling at the edge of each rectangle. Roll up tightly, seal the edges with a little water. Place on a baking sheet with the seam underneath.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the rolls with egg yolk. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
