Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place a rack on top.

Unroll the pastry. Optionally spread mustard. Sprinkle cheese, then ham, leaving a 1 cm border.

Roll the pastry tightly into a log. Seal the edge with beaten egg. Place in the freezer for 10 min.

Cut the log into 3-4 cm slices. Place them on the rack, cut side up.
