In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork to obtain a smooth puree. Add the yogurt, egg, oil and milk. Mix well.

Add the oat flakes, baking powder, sugar (if used) and a pinch of salt. Mix until a homogeneous dough forms. Incorporate seeds or nuts if you are using them.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding onto a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

- For a more nutritious bread, add chia seeds, flax seeds or nuts. You can also incorporate cinnamon or vanilla.
