Prepare the dough: Mix the yeast with warm water and let rest for 5 minutes. In a bowl, put the flour, salt, oil, then add the water-yeast mixture. Knead for 5-10 minutes until you get a soft dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
