Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a circle about 30 cm. If using a pizza stone, place it on parchment paper.

Spread a thin layer of passata on the dough, leaving the edges bare. Distribute the mozzarella, then arrange all the vegetables. Sprinkle with oregano.

Preheat the oven to 250–270 °C. Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

When out of the oven, add fresh arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
