Preparation of the filling: Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the mushrooms. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken and brown it for 5 minutes. Incorporate the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Off the heat, add the cream, salt, pepper.

Assembly: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Distribute the filling then the grated cheese. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
